Line shows up when clicking on text in Chrome?

Image
3/26/2023  Line shows up when clicking on text? A couple of days ago a flashing line appeared whenever I click on any text. It doesn't do it for anything else on my laptop except for Google chrome, (so I'm assuming it's a Chrome issue) but I can’t find any way to make it stop when I look it up.  I have kittens, so I don't doubt that they walked across my keyboard and did something, but I can’t figure out what they did so I can undo it. It's essentially that flashing line that appears whenever you type something, but it shows up when I click on text on YouTube, etc. Can't actually edit any text, but that's the best way I can figure out how to describe it. It's not a huge issue, but it's a little annoying. Anyone know how to undo this? Thanks in advance!   I just had this problem, and I just found out how to fix it. Just click F7. If that didn't work, go to google chrome and click the 3 dots in the top right, Chrome Settings   --> Advanced

Cell Tower Outage

February 22, 2024 AT&T said the hours long outage to its U.S. cellphone network Thursday appeared to be the result of a technical error, not a malicious attack. The outage  knocked out cellphone service  for thousands of its users across the U.S. starting early Thursday before it was restored. AT&T blamed the incident on an error in coding, without elaborating. “Based on our initial review, we believe that today’s outage was caused by the application and execution of an incorrect process used as we were expanding our network, not a cyber attack,” the Dallas-based company said. Outage tracker Downdetector noted that outages, which began at about 3:30 a.m. ET, peaked at around 73,000 reported incidents. AT&T had more than 58,000 outages around noon ET, in locations including Houston, Atlanta and Chicago. The carrier is the country’s largest, with more than 240 million subscribers. By 9 p.m. ET, the reports on AT&T’s network were fewer than 1,000. Cricket Wireless, which i
